摘 要:重载列车在运行时,列车中的某车辆通过线路纵断面变坡点时因坡道力突变会在纵向产生激扰,引起列车的纵向冲动,对列车运行安全产生不利影响。根据列车纵向动力学原理,利用列车纵向动力学仿真程序,计算分析重载列车惰行通过起伏坡道时对列车纵向冲动的影响。计算结果表明,既使是列车惰行运行工况,由于相邻坡道坡度值的不同,当列车中的车辆通过变坡点时,连接车辆的车钩产生附加纵向动作用力,车辆产生局部加速度,从而对整个列车的纵向冲动产生激扰作用。同时,还计算分析了单一变坡点和不同线路坡度差对列车纵向冲动的影响,并结合重载列车的牵引、制动工况分析,给出相应的操纵建议。When a heavy-haul train runs through a grade change point on the track, the excitation caused by the sudden grade force change will result in the longitudinal impulse of the train, which means a potential threat to the safe operation. Based on the train longitudinal dynamics theory and the simulation program, this paper calculates and analyzes the impact on the train longitudinal impulse, when the heavy-haul train idle runs on the undulating slope. The results show that, even the train is on idle run condition passing through the grade change point, the different gradients of two adjacent slopes will lead to extra longitudinal forces on the couplers, which will cause the local acceleration of the train and excitation effect on the longitudinal impulse of the whole train. Meanwhile, the impact or~ the train longitudinal impulse of single grade change point and different track gradient differences is also calculated, and advices on locomotive control are provided under different traction and braking conditions of the heavy-haul train.
