摘　　要：目的分析2014年云南省白族儿童青少年的营养现况,并提出改善白族儿童青少年目前营养问题的建议。方法 2014年采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法,在云南省大理州随机抽取2个县12所中小学7~18岁白族学生2639人,同龄中小学汉族学生2638人与之对照,进行身高和体重等体格测量。采用配对χ2检验比较不同民族各年龄段中小学生生长迟缓、消瘦、营养不良、肥胖和超重检出率的差异。结果白族儿童青少年男、女生的标化营养不良检出率分别为53.2%和45.2%,超重肥胖标化检出率为57.4%和33.6%;对照组汉族男、女生的标化营养不良检出率分别为62.2%和36.1%,标化超重肥胖检出率为56.2%和39.6%。白族和汉族儿童青少年均以消瘦、超重和肥胖为主。结论白族儿童青少年的生长迟缓改善明显,但目前面临新形势下的儿童青少年消瘦、超重和肥胖的营养问题。建议针对该问题开展儿童青少年的营养相关知识的健康教育干预工作,改变不正确的观念和不良行为生活方式,合理膳食结构,引导学生积极参加体育锻炼,促进儿童青少年健康成长。Objective To analyze the nutrition status among the Bai ethnics in Yunnan in 2014, and supply the suggestions to improve the Bai children and adolescents＇ nutrition problems. Methods In 2014, the children and adolescents who were in the multistage stratified random cluster sampling in 2 counties of Yunnan Xishuangbanna Prefectures, aged from 7 to 18 were enrolled for physic examination in cluster sampling. Among them, 2638 are Han and 2639 are Bai students. In the local ban group as control, using the matching chi-square test comparing nutrition development indexes. Results The standard malnutrition rate of 7 - 18 years-old Bai boys and girls were respectively 53.2% and 45.2% , the standard overweight and obesity rate were 57.4% and 33.6% ; in the Han control group, the standard malnutrition rate of 7 -18 years old Han boys and girls were respectively 62. 2% and 36. 1%, the standard overweight and obesity rate of Han boys and girls were respectively 56. 2% and 39.6%. The Bai and Han children and adolescents were both mainly the thin, overweight and obesity. Condusion the growth retardation of Bai children and adolescents was significantly improved. But now they were faced the new health problem, these were the thin, overweight and obesity problems. We suggest carry the nutrition-related knowledge health education interventions on children and adolescents, to change the attitudes and the incorrect unhealthy lifestyle behaviors, reasonable diet, and guide students to actively participate in physical exercise, and promote the healthy development of children and adolescents.
