高校校园诈骗现状分析及其防范体系的构建

摘　　要：在越来越复杂的现代社会大环境下,高校与社会渐渐开始融合,那些曾经的被称作与世隔绝的"象牙塔"已经不再存在。很多发生在高校校园中的问题不再是纯粹的校园管理问题,而成为整个社会的问题。高校校园诈骗的类型多种多样,学生往往因自身辨别能力以及防范意识不强导致自己陷入危机。对于社会及学校来说,建立健全法规、加强社会管理及加强校园安全教育形成一个合理合法的防范体系尤为重要。In today＇s increasingly complicated social environment,universities and societies are slowly converging,and the so called ＂ivory tower＂are no longer existed.Many problems that happened in the campus of the university are no longer a purely problem of the campus management,but turned to be the problems of the whole society.There are many types of campus fraud in colleges and universities,the students often fell into the crisis because of the9 ir weak ability of distinguish and weak preventing awareness.It is particularly important for the society and the school to establish the laws and regulations,strengthen the social management and strengthen the campus safety education to form a reasonable and legal system of prevention.
