摘　　要：应用型硕士研究生是国家培养高层次应用型专才的重要方式,文章通过分析国内外优秀应用型研究生培养的现状,在对理工科应用型硕士研究生培养模式的实践中,提出科研型、技术型和创新型三个培养导向,并通过基础培养体系、应用能力提升体系和评价体系建设,进一步推动理工科优秀应用型硕士研究生的培养探索。Application-oriented postgraduate cultivation is an important way for a country to cultivate higher application-oriented talents. By drawing on present cultivation situation of excellent application-oriented postgraduate at home and abroad and on the practice of science and engineering postgraduate cultivation model, this thesis puts forward three cultivation orientation: scientific research, technology and innovation. It constructs basic cultivation system, applied ability system and assessment system so as to further explore cultivation of science and engineering postgraduate.
