摘　　要：文章介绍了移动互联网背景下的大学教育改变,MOOC对大学课堂教学的冲击和翻转课堂教学过程,提出了一种MOOC视频运用方式,针对我国高等教育的具体情况,改进了翻转课堂教学过程的课内教学环节,描述了活性化课堂教学的组织形式和实施策略。This paper introduces the change of university education, the impact of MOOC on college education and the teaching process of the flipped classroom under the background of mobile internet. A new way of using MOOC video is introduced to improve teaching efficiency of the flipped classroom. In view of the specific conditions of Chinese higher education, the process of flipped classroom is improved. In addition, teaching organization and the implementation strategies for activating classroom are described.
