恽代英学校体育观及其当代启示

摘　　要：运用文献资料、历史分析等方法,对《学校体育之研究》中恽代英学校体育思想产生的背景进行了分析,并深入解读了恽代英学校体育观:保学生健康是学校体育的根本目的;提出系统性、全面性、科学性、趣味性的体育教学指导原则;注重生理卫生学的教授,定期进行体格检查;提倡猛烈运动,持之以恒的锻炼方法。在此基础上,提出了其对当下我国学校体育改革与发展的启示:有助于重新审视学校体育的出发点与归宿点;学校体育要厘清体育教育与竞技运动的关系;学校体育教学应重视"预防保健"的健康教育。This paper analyzed the background of the generation of Yun Daiying＇s school physical education ideology in the Study of School Physical Education by using the method of document literature review and historical analysis,and deeply interpreted the connotation of Daiying＇s school physical education outlook：protecting students＇ health is the fundamental purpose of school physical education;the physical education teaching guidelines of systematicness,comprehensiveness,scientificity and interest is put forward;pay more attention to the professor of physiology and hygiene,undertake physical examination regularly;advocating strenuous exercise,persistent exercise.Based on the aforesaid,this paper puts forward the revelations of Daiying＇s school physical education outlook on the reform and development of contemporary China＇s school physical education：helps to reexamine the starting point and the end point of the physical education in schools;school physical education should clarify the relationship between physical education and competitive sports;school physical education teaching should attach importance to＂preventive care＂health education.
