来华留学生的跨文化适应性调查分析——基于辽宁省某高校的调查

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育事业国际化水平提升,来华留学事业快速发展。通过问卷调查和访谈,从社会文化适应、学业适应和心理适应三方面了解留学生跨文化适应现状。调查结果显示:部分留学生来华学习存在一定盲目性;学校安排文娱活动不足;中国教师英语授课水平良莠不齐;留学生服务工作缺乏连续性。为此,学校要提高教师英语水平,多开展一些文娱活动,成立专门留学生服务机构,为其提供连续性服务与指导。More and more foreign students come to China to receive education nowadays as the international level of China's higher education rises. Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper tries to understand the current situation of foreign students' intercultural adaptability from the three aspects: social and cultural adaptability,school work adaptability and psychological adaptability. The result of this investigation shows that some of the foreign students have certain blindness as to their study in China; the cultural and entertainment activity arranged by the school is insufficient; the English language level of Chinese teachers vary a lot; and the service provided for foreign students lacks consistency. Therefore,the university should improve English level of the teachers,carry out more recreational activities,set up the special service institute for foreign students,and provide consistent service and guidance for them.
