摘　　要：随着医学检验技术专业高职毕业生就业压力日益加大,卫生职业院校以就业为导向,通过医学检验技术专业人才培养模式改革,构建"标准融入、工学结合、校企共育、一专双向"专业人才培养模式,实施"四模块两主干"课程体系,提升专业人才质量,拓展就业面,增强就业竞争力。With the increasing employment pressure of higher vocational college graduates who major in medical laboratory, this paper, based on employment-oriented, puts forward a new idea about talent-training mode. The authors establish a ＂standard integration,engineering combination,school enterprise co-education,bidirectional cultivation＂ professional training mode and implement the ＂four module two main＂ curriculum system, so as to enhance the quality of professionals, expand adaptability and reinforce employment competitiveness of the students.
