摘  要:针对轧机主传动系统存在不可忽略非线性因素的问题,在传统线性模型的基础上,考虑间隙和非线性刚度等非线性因素,建立了板带轧机主传动二质量系统模型。应用扩张状态观测器对系统状态变量和扰动进行观测,并在此基础上设计了轧机主传动Terminal滑模控制系统。通过与轧机主传动线性自抗扰控制系统进行对比,证明了基于扩张状态观测器的Terminal滑模控制的可行性和有效性,为解决轧机主传动非线性扭振问题提供了有效方法。ABSTRACT : Aiming at the problem that nonlinear factors in rolling mill main driving system are not ignorable, a two -mass system strip rolling mill model was established on the basis of traditional linear model considering the nonlinear factors such as the gap and nonlinear stiffness. An extended state observer was applied to observe the state variable and disturbance of the system, and a terminal sliding mode control system for rolling mill main drive was established on that basis. Compared with the linear active-disturbance rejection control system of rolling mill main drive, the fea- sibility and effectiveness of the terminal sliding mode control system based on the extended state observer were proved, which provides some effective methods for solving nonlinear torsional vibration problems of roiling mill main drive system.
