以社会需求为导向的毕业实习实践教学改革探析——以生物工程专业为例

摘　　要：以社会需求为导向的应用型人才培养是地方高校教学的主要职责,其中实践教学在应用型人才培养中起着至关重要的作用,特别是毕业实习环节,在一定程度上提升学生专业技能和综合素质。本文以河池学院生物工程专业为例,分析了当前毕业实习实践教学存在的问题,并提出了新转型生物工程专业毕业实习在实习基地建设、实习教学管理、实习模式、师资队伍建设、政策经费保障等方面的改革思路。The main responsibility of teaching is to cultivate the social demand-oriented applied talents in local colleges. Practice teaching acts an important part in talent-cultivation, especially graduation practice, which may promote the professional ability and comprehensive quality of students. This paper took Hechi university of biological engineering specialty as an example, combining with the current situation of graduation practice, a series of ideas was put forward for the reform of graduation practice, which contained practice base establishment, practice teaching management, practice mode, teaching staff construction, policy and fund guarantee.
