摘　　要：在国家经济转型和实施创新战略的背景下,经管专业的实践教学承载着培养创新创业人才的重任,双创型经管人才的培养有利于提高其创业成功率,缓解就业压力,更好地服务于经济,各院校经管专业应在实践教学中以培养创新创业人才为目标,完善实践教学的评价体系,从评价主体、标准、形式和成效考核等方面积极引导学生,培养学生的双创意识和能力,提高经管专业学生的综合素质.The practical teaching of the economics and management specialties is carrying the heavy responsibility of cultivating the innovative and entrepreneurial talents under the background of the national economic transformation and the implementation of the innovation strategy.The cultivation of the innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the economics and management specialties can improve the success rate of their entrepreneurship,alleviate the employment pressure to better serve the economic.Therefore,colleges and universities should aim at the innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the process of the practical teaching.They can perfect the evaluation system of the practical teaching and guide the students actively from the evaluation subject,standard,form and effect assessment which can cultivate the consciousness and ability of the students' innovation and entrepreneurship to improve the comprehensive quality of the students in the economics and management specialties.
