摘　　要：目的研究并分析不同层级外科护士继续教育培训内容需求。方法选取我院不同层级外科护士11名进行深入访谈,并将访谈结果进行整理与分析。结果临床外科护士继续教育培训内容较为单一,缺乏选择性以及针对性,导致大部分护理人员在参加培训时感受到较大压力,护理人员对继续教育需求较大,同时期待电子化网络化的教学模式。结论护理人员需要进行继续教育,并且不同层级的护理人员希望可以获得针对性较强以及较为实用的继续再教育,而且以数字化的形式为护理人员提供更为广阔的学习平台。Objective To study and analyze the needs of the continuing education and training of diferent levels of surgical nurses. Methods 11 nurses of diferent levels in surgery in our hospital were interviewed and the interview results were arranged and analyzed. Results The contents of continuing education and training for clinical surgical nurses were relatively simple, lack of selectivity and pertinence, most of the nursing staf felt more pressure when they participated in training, and the demand for continuing education was bigger. Conclusion The progress of continuing education is needed for nursing staf, and nurses at diferent levels hope to get targeted and practical continuing education, and provide a broader learning platform for nursing staf in the form of digitalization.
