师承教育与高职中医人才培养的探讨

摘　　要：师承教育模式是中医传承的重要方式,目前"师带徒"的传承模式虽已广泛与院校教育相结合,但大多都集中在本科及以上学历层次。高职中医学生作为我国医疗体系中的基层医务力量的储备、未来居民健康的"守门人",提高其实践能力和诊疗水平乃当务之急。此刻,院校教育急需师承助力,为基层医疗机构输送优秀的高职中医人才!The model of teacher education is an important way of inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine. At present, although the inheritance model of "teacher and apprentice" has been extensively combined with education of colleges and universities, most of them are concentrated at the undergraduate level or above. As a reserve of medical power at the grassroots level in the medical system of our country and a "gatekeeper" for the health of residents in the future, it is imperative for them to improve their practical ability and the level of diagnosis and treatment. At the moment, there is an urgent need for teachers and students in tertiary education to deliver excellent vocational TCM personnel to primary medical institutions.
