摘　　要：目的探讨基层医疗机构全科医师继续教育现状及优化对策。方法以2017年1—10月镇卫生院和社区卫生服务中心接受继续教育的73名全科医师为研究对象,自行设计问卷就全科医师继续教育现状进行调查。结果全科医师以女性为主,年龄多小于40岁,大中专学历76.71%,医师继续教育内容及形式多样,自我学习动力较强,但也有较大压力,影响学习效果。结论重视全科医师继续教育,加大资金投入和时间支持,提供多样性、实用性的继续教育内容与形式,对提高继续教育效果具有积极作用。Objective To explore the current situation of continuing education of general practitioners in primary medical institutions and to optimize the countermeasures. Methods 73 general practitioners with continuing education from January to October 2017 in town health center and community health service center were received. A self-designedquestionnaire was used to investigate the current status of continuingeducation for general practitioners. Results The general practitioner werepredominantly female, younger than 40 years old, 76.71% with secondaryschool degree. Doctors continue to had a variety of continuing educationcontent and form, strong self-learning motivation, but great pressure toinfuence the learning efect. Conclusion We should pay more attention tocontinuing education for general practitioners, increase investment and timesupport, provide diversified and practical continuing education contentsand forms, and play a positive role in improving the efect of continuingeducation.
