摘 要:基于提升医学生执业医师资格考试通过率的目的,充分发挥我院作为黑龙江省首批国家级全国全科医师标准化培训基地和全国住院医师规范化培训基地的优势,以住培医生为桥梁,融合"导师制"及"传帮带"人才培养模式,构建临床指导教师-住培医生-实习学生-见习学生四位一体化的骨科临床带教模式,体现带教的连贯性,搭建"导学"交流平台,师"帮""带"徒,跟师互动,教学相长,既减轻"导师"医教研的工作矛盾,又充分发挥住培医生的规培作用,并有效助力医学生达成职业准入标准。Based on the purpose of improving the passing rate of medical students' qualifcations exams, we give full play to our hospital's advantages as the first national standardized training base of national general practitioners and the standardized training base of national residents in Heilongjiang province, take standardized training physicians as a bridges, fusion mentoring training mode and tutorial system, construct a four -in -one clinical teaching model of tutor, resident doctor, intern and trainee, refect the continuity of teaching, build a "guide" communication platform. Teachers "help" and "instruct", the apprentices interacte with the teachers, the teaching benefts teachers as well as students. It not only alleviates the work contradiction of the teaching and research of the "tutor", but also gives full play to the function of standardized training physicians, and efectively assists medical students to achieve professional access standards.
