摘 要:针对渡线道岔无砟轨道结构发生较大偏移影响了线路平顺性的问题,通过理论分析、试验验证和工程实践,分析了在天窗时间内渡线道岔无砟轨道纠偏修复的技术难点,研究了基于高聚物化学解黏与气垫抬升的渡线道岔无砟轨道结构纠偏修复关键技术、工艺流程以及轨道动态性能同步监测技术。结果表明:底座板与基床表层间黏结系数对纠偏时千斤顶横向顶推力影响显著,黏结系数从0.5逐渐增加到1.0,2.0,5.0时,千斤顶横向顶推力最大值增幅分别为62.1%,144.9%,290.2%;通过高聚物化学解黏与气垫抬升技术相结合,确保了轨道结构与掺水泥级配碎石层的完全脱离,显著降低了底座板与基床表层间的黏结力与摩擦阻力,为纠偏的成功实施创造了条件。该技术实现了天窗时间内对道岔无砟轨道的无损伤纠偏,线形控制良好,线路平顺性改善显著,纠偏修复后道岔无砟轨道动态性能满足动车组高速运行时的安全性和平稳性要求。The large deviation of the crossover turnout ballastless track structure affectes smoothness of the railway tracks.The technical difficulties of deviation correction of crossover turnout ballastless track structure in maintenance window time were analyzed.Based on high-polymer chemical desorption and air cushion lifting,the key technology and process of deviation correction and the synchronization monitoring technology of track dynamic performance were studied. The results show that the bond coefficient between the base plate and the roadbed surface has a significant effect on the lateral thrust value of the jacks.When the bond coefficient increases from 0.5 to 1.0,2.0 and5.0,the maximum increases of lateral thrust value are 62. 1%,144. 9% and 290. 2%.The combination of the highpolymer chemical desorption and the air cushion lifting technology ensures the complete separation between track structure and graded broken stone layer with cement,therefore,the adhesion and friction reduce significantly which create a prerequisite for the successful implementation of the deviation correction. The techniques realize the nondamage deviation correction of the ballastless track in maintenance window time,and the line contour control is good.The smoothness of the line improves significantly,and the dynamic performance responses of the ballastless track after the deviation correction meet the safety and stability requirements of the high speed train operation.
