英美高校管理与教学经验对我国高校的启示

摘　　要：借鉴西交利物浦大学、美国马萨诸塞大学波士顿分校在管理办法、教学模式等方面的先进经验,根据我国高校现状,提出我国高校在高校管理体系、教师职称管理办法、课堂教学模式等方面的改革方向。Based on the advanced experience in the management and teaching models of Xi’ an Jiaotong Liverpool University and University of Massachusetts in Boston, this paper compares the current situation of domestic higher education with the two universities, and then puts forward corresponding reform measures ofChinese higher education from the aspects of management system, teachers management in universities, andclassroom teaching.
