摘　　要：基于2007 2013年中国上市公司数据,在对国际化速度进行基于深度和广度双维度划分的基础上,探讨高管过度自信对双维度国际化速度的影响,并进而考察高管政治网络对该关系的影响机制。研究发现:第一,高管过度自信会导致中国企业基于深度的国际化扩张加快,但并不会对基于广度的国际化速度产生显著影响,从而导致企业探索性学习不足,影响企业长期绩效;第二,高管政治网络对上述关系存在显著的倒"U"型调节作用。Based on the data of China＇s listed companies from 2007 to 2013,this paper studies the effect of senior executives＇ overconfidence on the speed of international depth and breadth and comes to the following conclusions.Firstly,the overconfidence of the senior managers will result into the opportunist tendency in internationalization decision-making,which only promotes the increase of the speed of the internationalization depth,without exerting significant influence on the speed of the breadth.Secondly,there is a significant transformation of the relation between the senior managers＇ political network and the two-dimensional speed from a conducive one to an adverse one,namely a significant inverted-U shaped regulating effect.
