高职院校二级学院(系)校友工作探讨

摘　　要：校友是学校发展的重要资源和力量,校友工作更是学校深化内涵建设、提高教学质量、提升就业质量和推进品牌建设的需要,建立起以二级学院(系)为单位的二级校友工作机制是十分必要的。在对高职院校二级学院(系)校友工作现状和产生原因进行分析的基础上,从理念、观念、制度和活动等四个层面提出校友工作的改进对策,以期对我国高职院校校友工作的发展有所帮助。Alumni are important resources and strength for development of a school,and alumni work is the need of the school for deepening connotation,improving teaching quality,promoting employment quality and brand construction,so it is necessary and significant to establish secondary alumni work mechanism based on secondary college( department). Based on analysis of current condition and cause of alumni work for secondary college( department) of senior occupational schools,some improvement measures are proposed in four levels including idea,concept,institution and activity in hope of providing certain helps with development of alumni work of senior occupational schools in our country.
