摘  要:在苗人的社会组织结构中表现出其"群"和"群体主义"的思想,这样的"群"和"群体主义"又是源于其"鬼"文化信仰体系中以群体形式存在的崇信对象,我们称其为"鬼群"。"鬼群"的存在影响着苗文化的方方面面,这在民族志当中有许多例证。当把苗人的"鬼群"与中国古代的"井田制"群进行一番比较时,便发现了古代的"集体主义"、"儒家性集体主义"与苗人的"群体主义"的本质区别,以及苗人平权社会组织建构与中华集权社会组织所不同的文化基因建构。从而得出,平权社会与集权社会,只要与其文化相适应,都有其有效和合理性。There is a kind of Group or Groupism in the structure of Miao people's social organization, Such an concept exists because of their Ghost culture belief system where worship objects exist in groups .Then we call it Ghost Group. The presence of "Ghosts" affects every aspect of the Miao culture, and there are many examples in the ethnography. When we compared the "ghost group" of Miao people with the "Well Field System" groups in ancient China,we can find the essential difference between the "Collectivism" and "Confucian Collectivism" in ancient times is different from that of Miao people, as well as the construction of different cultural genes from the Chinese centralized social organization. So we can conclude that in the society of equality and centralization, as long as it is adapted to its culture, it has its validity and rationality.
