摘  要:长期以来,民族院校共青团工作中的民族团结教育改革重在方法和工具应用方面,体现的是策略性特征,呈现出的是局部思维,工具理性和现实思维,无法从根本上改善民族团结教育效果,要使民族团结教育的工作从根本上得到改善,就需要形成整体思维,人文理性和长远思维,把民族团结教育作为一项事业来考量。其实践要求是形成事业发展理念,建构事业发展的战略规划,基于民族团结事业发展需要系统化教育内容,形成测评事业发展的教育评价。For a long time, the national unity education reform focuses on methods and tools for application of the work of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities for nationalities, is the embodiment of strategic characteristics, showing the local thinking, rational and realistic thinking, to improve the education of national unity effect fundamentally, to make the national unity education work fundamentally improved you need to form a whole, thinking, human rationality and long-term thinking, the ethnic unity education as a career to consider. Its practical requirements are the formation of the concept of career development, the construction of the strategic plan for the development of the cause of the development of national unity, the need for systematic education content, the formation of the evaluation of the development of educational evaluation.
