摘　　要：为提高教学质量,培养应用型本科生物技术高水平人才,结合生物技术专业的教学实践特点,将与生物技术专业相关的核心课程进行优化调整,搭建起一个学科交叉的生物技术专业核心课程群的新体系。本文总结安徽科技学院生物技术专业核心课程群建设与改革现状,从教学内容、教学方法和手段、理论教学、实践教学等方面进行改革,为培养学生的专业技能和应用创新能力提供参考。In order to improve the teaching quality and train high - level biotechnology skilled professionals, courses related to biotechnology are optimized and integrated by Combined with biotechnology professional teaching practice characteristics. Therefore a new system of interdisciplinary core curriculum complex of biotechnology has been built up in combination with the teaching practice of biotechnology. The situation of construction and reform of biotechnology core curriculum complex in Anhui Science and Technology University is analyzed and some corrective measures are proposed to reform the content of courses, teaching methods and means, theoretical teaching and practice teaching, etc. It provides reference to training students＇ professional skills and application innovation ability, improving the comprehensive quality of students.
