新工科背景下工科院校新引进青年教师的培养与支持

摘　　要：新工科建设背景下,高校对师资队伍和人才建设提出了更高的要求。青年教师队伍是高校师资的未来,是现有人才队伍可持续发展的保障。青年教师新入职时期即发展初期对于其后续的成长起着非常关键的作用。文章结合目前工科院校青年教师入职初期特点以及上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院青年教师队伍建设的实例进行研究,归纳提出针对新引进教师在环境融入、教书育人以及学术科研方面的培养与支持方案。With the construction of New Engineering and Technology Discipline, higher requirements are put forward for thequality of faculties and talents in colleges and universities. Well qualified young teachers, the main force of university＇s faculty forfuture, guaranteea sustainable development of the existing talents. Young teachers＇ new stage, which is also the early stage of theircareer ladder, plays a key role in their subsequent growth. According to the research of the characteristics of young teachers andyoung faculties in School of Mechanical Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, this article summed up support schemes fornew teachers in integrating, teaching and researching.
