摘 要:利用Hyperworks软件对铝合金材质的发动机罩板进行有限元分析,经过仿真得出发动机罩板的弯曲刚度,侧向刚度,扭转刚度及模态频率。将发动机罩板的铝合金材料改为复合材料,基于新模型进行拓扑优化,分析得出加强筋的最佳布局形式来提高罩板的刚度及一阶模态频率。在满足原发动机罩板刚度、一阶模态频率的前提下,达到减轻发动机罩板质量的目的。By using Hyperworks software, finite element analysis of engine hood plate made of aluminum alloy is carried out. Through simulation, bending stiffness, lateral stiffness, torsional stiffness and modal frequency of engine hood are achieved. The aluminum alloy material of engine hood is replaced by composite material, and topology optimization based on the new model is carried out. The best layout form of reinforcing rib is analyzed to improve the stiffness and the first modal frequency of the hood. Finally, under the premise of meeting the original stiffness and first order frequency of hood, the purpose of reducing the mass of engine hood was realized.
