表象训练法在慢投垒球击球技术教学中的应用

摘　　要：击球技术是棒垒球技术中最直接的进攻技术,其重要性可想而知。在慢投垒球击球技术教学中,通过对慢垒选项课学生进行分组教学,对实验组与对照组的考核结果运用数理统计等方法进行分析,从而得出结论:表象训练法对于慢投垒球击球技术教学效果十分显著,它可以缩短学生正确掌握规范动作技术的时间,有利于视觉表象与运动表象在人体的结合,从而提高学习效率,帮助学生提升运动水平。The batting technique is the most direct attack technique in baseball and softball, and its importance can be imagined. In Slow Pitch Softball Batting technique teaching, by grouping teaching on the softball elective class, the experimental group and control group of the evaluation results of the use of statistical methods for analysis, thus draws the conclusion： the representation training method for Slow Pitch Softball Batting technique teaching effect is very significant, it can shorten the students master the correct specification of action technology the time for visual imagery and imagery in the human body combination, so as to improve the learning efficiency, help students improve sports level.
