摘　　要：现代学徒制,通过学校正规职业教育与企业培训的有机结合,使得学徒制焕发出强大的生命力。我国现代学徒制试点需要制度创新,制度创新理论具有现实借鉴意义,现代学徒制创新路径,需要实现从政府推动到职业院校行动的创新实践。The modern apprentice system,via the organic combination of colleges＇ regular vocational education with enterprises＇ cultivation,made such system execute energetic power. The modern apprentice system needs systematic innovation,which proves a significant implication,the innovative access requires a practice from governments＇ promotion to vocational colleges＇ execution
