摘 要:目的了解荣成市居民食用碘盐状况及产生的原因,以便进一步做好辖区碘缺乏病防治工作。方法 2016年12月采用整群抽样方法抽取对荣成市居民碘盐消费现状进行调查。调查数据通过入户问卷调查和食盐定性调查的方法获得。结果居民食盐消费现状:71.82%的调查对象知道食盐有碘盐和非碘盐的区别,50.49%的调查对象购买食盐时不留意"碘盐"和"非碘盐标志",36.89%的人不清楚人体缺碘的主要危害,41.95%的选择食用非碘盐的调查对象的消费理由为"沿海不用吃碘盐"、"吃碘多有害"和"家中有患甲状腺疾病的病人";食盐市场销售情况:同时销售碘盐和非碘盐的商店占46.36%;仅销售碘盐的占26.36%;仅销售非碘盐占27.27%。结论荣成市仅有52.00%的居民吃碘盐,主要与居民对碘缺乏病相关知识知晓率较低、认为沿海地区不需要补碘及对甲状腺相关疾病的关注度较高有关。Objective To understand the current status and the related cause of the consumption of iodized salt among residents in Rongcheng city,so as to do a good job in prevention and control of the iodine deficiency related diseases. Methods In December 2016,the cluster sampling method was used to extract objects to conduct a survey on the current status of the consumption of iodized salt among residents in Rongcheng city. The survey data were obtained through the questionnaire survey and salt qualitative survey. Results In the current status of salt consumption among residents, 71.82 % of the total respondents knew the difference between the iodized salt and non-iodized salt; while 50.49 % of the total respondents did not pay attention to "iodized salt" and "non-iodized salt marks" when shopping the salts. 36.89% of the total respondents did not know the health consequences of iodine deficiency, and 41.95% of the total respondents chose to eat non-iodized salt for various consumption reasons including no iodine salt in the coastal area, eating iodine, patients with thyroid disease, etc. In the salt market sales, 46.36 % of the local retailers sold both iodized and nowiodized salt. While,26.36% of the retailers only sold iodized salt and 27.27% of the retailers sold non-iodized salt only. Conclu- sion Only 52.00% of the residents in Rongeheng city eat iodized salt,which is mainly related to that the residents have low awareness on knowledge of iodine deficiency diseases, and unnecessary iodine fortification for people in the coastal re- gions and more attention to thyroid related diseases.
