摘  要:职业教育与社会经济和产业发展密切相关。基于社会变迁视域,改革开放后的天津职业教育发展历程,可分为生存型社会形态下、发展型社会形态下以及生活型社会形态下的天津职业教育三个阶段。在生存型社会形态下,天津职业教育的教育目标主要是对基本岗位技能进行培训,以满足工业化社会对技能型人才的巨大需求。在发展型社会形态下,天津职业教育的教育层次逐步提升,以适应天津经济发展对较高层次技术人才的要求。当前,中国社会形态正处在从发展型向生活型转变的过程中,天津职业教育在继续发挥其职业属性的同时,应回归职业教育的"人性"价值,帮助学生实现职业选择的多样性和职业发展的可持续性以及"人生的丰富多彩"和"人的全面发展"。Vocational education has goes hand in hand with social economy and industrial development. Based on the angle of social changes, the developing process of Tianjin vocational education after the reform and opening-up could be divided into three stages: subsistance social form, developing social form and life type social form. Under the subsistance social form, vocational education in Tianjin aimed at the basic on-the-job training in order to satisfy the industrialized society's huge demand for skilled talents. under the developing social form, the level of Tianjin vocational education has been improving to meet the requirements for Tianjin economic development to higher-level technical talents. At present, due to Chinese social form transforming from developing type to life type, Tianjin vocational education should return to its focus on "human value" based on its professional characteristics in order to help students realize the diveristy on career choice, sustainability on career development and "colorful life and overall development".
