摘　　要：教育治理需要教育中介组织的大力参与,不同角色类型的教育中介组织在教育活动中发挥着不同的功能。就教育中介组织的治理而言,从行政视角、组织经营性质、专业功能定位以及服务对象等多种视角,可以分为不同的中介组织并各自有准确的角色定位。面对不同的教育中介组织角色构成系统,对其治理的策略要求及其实际建设的侧重点也不相同。Educational governance needs the participation of educational intermediary organizations, and different educational intermediary organizations with different roles play different functions in educational activities. In terms of the governance of educational intermediary organizations, we can divide the intermediary organizations into different ones with their respective accurate role position from such various perspectives as administration, nature of managing, position of professional functions and serving objects. Faced with the system composed of different educational intermediary organizations with different roles, we should have different focuses in the strategy requirements in the governance and the real construction of them.
