摘　　要：结合味精生产谷氨酸发酵实践中721分光光度计的使用,在工艺生产中各工段的参考指标,对生产的指导作用提出有益参考。Combining with the use of 721 spectrophotometer in the practice of glutamic acid fermentation of MSG production, reference indexes of each section in process production are put forward to provide useful reference for the guidance of production.
