摘  要:目的调查北京市某高校附属医院住院医师医患沟通的现状和对沟通技能培训的需求。方法采取整群抽样的方法,对227名调查对象进行问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷205份,有效问卷回收率90.3%。82.4%的调查对象曾有过医患沟通的负面经历,66.8%调整自己后再与患者及家属沟通,有些人的情绪会受到长久的影响,86.5%调查对象的倾诉对象是一起转科的同事,92.2%认为需要开设医患沟通技巧的课程。结论将医患沟通纳入住院医师必修培训课程体系,提升住院医师医患沟通技能,使之具有良好的职业素养和岗位胜任力。Objective To investigate the current situation and needs of doctor-patient communication skills in residents" training in a Beijing affiliation hospital. Methods We used cluster sampling method to investigate 227 subjects, who further completed a questionnaire in this study. Results We recollected 205 effective questionnaires, with 90.3% recollection rate. Among all subjects, 82.4% had unpleasant experience of doctor-patient communication, and 66.8% had tried to adjust themselves to communicate with patients and their relatives. Some subjects reported they were affected by this unpleasant experience for a long time period. 86.5% chose to confide these to their workmates, and 92.2% resident doctors thought it said it was necessary to have training class about communication skills. Conclusions It is necessary to integrate doctor-patient communication training course into the resident doctor training system, in order to improve their communication skills and further make them well prepared in terms of professional quality and position competency.
