开放教育理念下成人教育模式改革初探

摘　　要：当今社会,开放式教育理念已经成为教育界的主流思潮之一。它面向全体社会成员,具有教学资源开放、教学模式多样、教学理念前沿领先等特征。在开放式教育理念的引领下,成人教育需要随着教学思潮的变化,作出相应的变革。纵观成人教育的发展历程,其在不断发展的同时,教学模式的弊端也逐渐凸显出来。其中,片面注重学历教育、简单复制传统教育以及教育培训与社会需求不匹配等问题,不利于学员的个性化发展。为此,需要在分析成人教育现存问题的基础上,强化非学历教育、更新教学模式,探索改革的新思路。Nowadays, the idea of open education has become one of the main trends in educational circles. It faces all the members of the society and it has the characteristics of open teaching resources, diverse teaching models and advanced teaching ideas. Under the guidance of the concept of open education, adult education needs to change with the change of teaching thought. Throughout the course of the development of adult education and its continuous development at the same time, the shortcomings of the teaching model have gradually come out. Among them, the one-sided emphasis on education, simple reproduction of traditional education, training and social demand mismatch and other issues are not conducive to the individual development of students. Therefore, based on the analysis of the existing problems of adult education, it is needed to strengthen the non academic education, update the teaching mode, and explore new ideas of reform.
