摘　　要：以怎样的方式学习,决定着学生以怎样的途径发展,教育以促进学生的发展为根本目的,必须优化学生的学习方式。为了了解黑龙江省成人学生学习方式现状,以便有针对性地优化成人学生的学习方式,文章对我省两所高校成人高等教育不同专业和年级的学生的学习方式现状进行了问卷调查,同时对4名从事成人高等教育的高校教师进行了访谈,并对调查和访谈结果进行定量和定性的统计分析,进一步阐述了当前成人教育学生的学习方式现状和教师的教学方式现状及成因,为进一步提出对策建议提供依据。Learning styles determine the way of students＇ development. Education must optimize students＇ learning styles to realize it＇s primary aim of promoting their development. We make a questionnaire survey on the current situation of the learning styles of some students from different majors and different grades in two adult colleges while interviewing four adult education teachers. By both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the statistical results, we further state the current situation of the adult students＇ learning styles and their teachers＇ teaching styles and the contributing factors, and make it the basis for future countermeasures and suggestions.
