摘  要:教师专业化是教育改革的重要目标。雅典大学为代表的希腊高校在培养职前数学教师过程中,以数学史为纲,数学哲学为主要内容,编制面向职前数学教师的课程,探索将数学哲学运用到教师专业化培养中去,取得显著成果。不仅可以丰富和完善职前数学教师的数学观,而且可以提升职前数学教师对数学教学的反思能力。这些经验对我国数学教师专业化培养具有借鉴意义。Absrtact: The study in the University of Athens connects the mathematics philosophy with mathematics history, and make it in action, which takes the mathematics history as outline, mathematics philosophy as main content, compiles the curriculum which be accessible to the student teacher, explores to make mathematics education philosophy workable in the practice, obtains the preliminary result. It not only leads to enriching and improving students' mathematics views, but also helps to improve the students' reflection. These experiences of Greece have something of significance for the development of Chinese mathematics education philosophy and the instructions of mathematics teachers.
