摘 要:简统化可以提高铁路编组站停车防溜设备的通用性,规范厂家生产行为,降低现场维护维修成本,加强现场停车防溜设备管理。在概述停车防溜设备前期调研工作的基础上,总结现有设备的结构特点及性能,对比分析其异同,结合全局性简统化和分类性简统化概念,从基本轨、制动轨、节距、接口和制动时间等方面提出全局性简统化相关建议,从安装位置、动力系统和制动原理等方面提出分类性简统化相关建议,对设备生产和现场管理具有重要的指导意义。Simplification is significant in promoting the universal applications of anti-skid control devices for railway vehicles, regulating manufacturers, reducing maintenance costs and improving on-the-spot management. Based on a survey of such devices that have been broadly applied, this paper compares their different features in an effort to find the strengths and weaknesses of each kind. With the concept of overall simplification, the paper makes proposals from such aspects as the stock rail, the brakes, the pitch length, the interface and the braking time. Based on the other concept called specialized simplification, the author also proposes measures from the aspects of the installation location, the power system and the principles of brakes. These suggestions are expected to serve as guidelines for the manufacturing and management of the control devices.
