摘  要:小儿急腹症起病急,发展迅速,由于年龄原因常常无法准确描述病史和疼痛部位,使临床诊断难度增大。超声检查具有经济、便携、无创、无辐射等优点,已经广泛应用于各个医院,包括基层医院的设备都在不断增加和更新。但基层医院医师对小儿急腹症认知不足,常常造成小儿急腹症的漏诊与误诊,带来严重后果甚至医疗纠纷。我院超声科作为陕西省质控中心,对小儿急腹症有丰富的经验。如何在带教过程中更好的培养基层医院进修医师对小儿急腹症的超声诊断思维是本文的宗旨。Children acute abdomen is characterized by acute onset and fast progress. Due to the age, medical history and pain location cannot usually be described accurately. Therefore, it improves the difficulty of clinical diagnosis. Ultrasonic examination embraces advantages such as economy, portability, non-invasion and non-radiation and it has been widely applied in each hospital, including the grassroots hospitals in which the equipments are continually increased and updated. Nevertheless, for the doctors in grassroots hospitals their insufficient understandings on children acute abdomen often cause to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, bringing serious consequences and even medical tangles. As the Shaanxi Province quality control center, the ultrasound department of our hospital possesses abundant experience in children acute abdomen. In teaching process, how to supply a better cultivation of ultrasonic diagnosis thinking on children acute abdomen to therefresher doctors from grassroots hospitals is the purpose of this article.
