摘 要:[目的]调查并分析云南省三级甲等医院护士的职业生涯发展规划现状。[方法]采用方便抽样,根据护士职业生涯规划调查问卷对云南省3所三级甲等综合医院的220名护士进行调查分析。[结果]护士职业生涯规划总分为60.420分±9.265分,自我展示和注重关系2个维度得分较低,职业目标和继续学习2个维度得分较高;不同职务、学历、职称、工作年限的护士职业生涯规划总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。回归分析结果显示,年龄、学历、职称、职务对护士职业生涯管理有正向预测作用。[结论]医院及科室应加强对护士对职业生涯规划的重视,同时要针对不同层级的护士给予相应的继续教育培训及管理。Objective:To investigate and analyze the status quo of nurses' career planning in third Grade A Hospitals in Yunnan province.Methods:By using convenience sampling,totally 220 nurses in 3 third Grade A general hospitals in Yunnan were investigated with a career planning questionnaire.Results:The total score of nurses' career planning was 60.42±9.265.The scores of 2 dimensions with the lowest scores were self-presentation and pay attention to the relationship,and the 2 dimensions scores of self-presentation and focusing on relationship were the lower highest scores were continue learning and career objective.The scores of career planning were statistically different among nurses of different position,educational background,professional title,and length of work(P <0.01).Regression analysis showed that the age、education background、Title、duty could positively predict the nursing career management.Conclusion:Hospital and department should give more attention to nurses' career planning,and also should give nurses related continuing education and management according to their characteristics.
