摘  要:大学新入职青年教师面临的不单是新的职位,更多的是在工作中尽快适应新的环境,快速完成从学生到教师的角色转换,面临和应对新的挑战。这些挑战主要来源于新入职青年教师教学经验不足,而掌握问题所在,然后有针对性地进行训练,通过备课、课堂教学训练,最后总结教学效果等环节,提升青年教师的教学水平。Newly recruited young teachers in universities shouldnot only face new positions, but also adapt themselves to the newenvironment as soon as possible, quickly complete the transitionfrom a student to a teacher, and face up to new challenges. Thesechallenges mainly come from the lack of teaching experience.Therefore, they should grasp the crux of the problem, and thencarry out targeted training, so as to enhance the level of theirteaching through lesson preparation, classroom teaching andteaching effect summarization.
