摘　　要：本文以习近平总书记在全国高校思政工作会议上的讲话精神为指导,分析了在当前大学生中普遍存在的主要问题,结合自身工作体会,探讨并提出了几点做好高校班主任工作建议。Guided by the speech spirit of general secretary XiJinping at the national conference on ideological and politicalwork in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the mainproblems prevailing in the current university students, exploresand puts forward some suggestions for doing well the work ofclass teachers in colleges and universities based on the author＇swork experience.
