摘　　要：基础教育与高等教育在衔接上存在着断层,需要将基础教育与高等教育有机结合,为国家培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才。改革高考,为高等教育优选人才。高等教育要充分发挥服务职能,与基础教育资源共享。基础教育应深度优化教学内容,鼓励个性化学习。国家要完善方针政策,为创新人才培养铺路。There exists a fault in the connection between basic education and higher education.Elementary education and higher education need to be integrated to cultivate senior specialized talents with innovative spirit and practice ability.The college entrance examination should be reformed to help select talents for higher education.Higher education should fully perform the service function and share resources with basic education.Basic education should further optimize teaching content and encourage personalized learning.The society needs to optimize the policy and pave the road for innovative talents.
