摘　　要：近年来,应用型本科高校不断进行转型升级,但其科研基础薄弱,综合实力有限。想要做好科研工作,就要重视并加强科研队伍建设。应用型本科高校在建设科研团队时,要实质性地针对其应用型特质进行内涵建设。拟通过分析科研人员的需求特征和应用型本科高校科研团队的活动特点,剖析影响其科研团队建设的原因,并在此基础上,对应用型本科高校科研团队的建设提出建设性意见。In recent years,transformation and upgrade of applied undergraduate universities have been made in China. However,due to their weak scientific research power,they should pay more attention to the construction of scientific research teams to improve the scientific research ability. By analyzing the demand of scientific research personnel,scientific research team activities and the factors affected the scientific research team construction,we put forward some suggestions on the construction of the scientific research team in the applied universities.
