摘 要:木聚糖酶作为一种多酶体系普遍存在各种微生物中,在造纸工业、饲料工业、能源工业以及食品医药等领域的应用价值引起科学界的广泛关注。但由于天然木聚糖酶温度及酸碱性度耐受性差,活性差、表达水平低、生产成本高,严重限制了它的推广和应用。人工改造技术的出现使得天然木聚糖酶在保留其原有优势特性的同时向着更适合社会生产需要的方向转变。从而开辟了更广阔的应用领域,创造出更大的商业价值,推动了社会和人类更大的进步。该文从木聚糖酶的生化特性着手,进而介绍木聚糖酶改良的方法,概述木聚糖酶的主要应用成果。Xylanase is ubiquitous in various microorganisms as a multi-enzyme system, and attracted wide attention from papermaking industry, feed industry, energy industry, food and medicine industry. However, the poor temperature and p H tolerance, low enzyme activity and expression level,and high production costs severely limited natural enzyme molecule promotion and application. The artificially modification technology transformed xylanase to suite social production, to open up a broader range of applications, to create greater commercial value, and to promote social and human progress while retaining its original advantages. Based on the biochemical characteristics of xylanase, the paper introduced the artificial modification method of xylanase, and finally summarized the main application of xylanase.
