摘  要:区域性名师工作室是培养优质师资、均衡地方教育资源的重要场所,也是教师流动的一种特殊方式。本研究借助专业资本模型,基于对上海市名师工作室的质性研究,探讨专业资本借助名师工作室学员教师从工作室向基层学校流动扩散的过程与机制。研究发现:学校是整合资本要素形成专业资本的重要单位;专业资本的学校扩散以学员教师在工作室中形成的课题研究为载体,带动人力、社会、决策资本要素相互整合;学员教师的课题研究能否与学校发展需求相连接,是专业资本能否扩散到学校落地生根的关键环节,校长和学员教师均是其中的重要能动者。Regional Master Teacher Studio is important to cultivate excellent teachers, and balance their allocations within certain areas. It is a special approach to mobilize teachers. Based on a qualitative inquiry of Master Teacher Studios in Shanghai, and employed the concept of "professional capital", this research explored how participant teachers of Master Teacher Studios(PT as short), after having enhanced their professional qualities within Master Teacher Studios, expanded professional capital in their working schools. The findings include that, 1) school provide important context for the integration of three capital ingredients into professional capital; 2) the expansion of professional capital from the master teacher studio towards the schools is via the researches of PTs based on their inquiries in the studios, which might help to motivate and integrate social capital, human capital, and decisional capital; 3)whether the researches of PTs are successfully woven into the school development is the crucial point for the professional capital expansion, and the principal as well as PTs are important agents in the process.
