摘  要:卓越教师的职前培养须立足优选生源这个前提,吸引优秀学生攻读师范专业,建立遴选乐教适教学生的标准和机制;须着眼过程,着眼师范生潜质、后劲,定位于"卓越培养"而非"培养卓越",造就合格教师;须突破核心素养,追寻本真价值,迈入首重情怀的正确轨道;须经得起公平性、科学性、可持续性的考验,面向大多数,建设新常态。Pre-training for outstanding teachers relies on the selected recruiting students, attracts more excellent students to apply for the relevant teaching majors, and sets up criteria and systems for selecting suitable students with intention. The teaching procedure of the training, along with the potential and sustainable ability of the students, is especially emphasized. The training aims at remarkable training to build more qualified teachers, but not fostering talented students. It should surmount the core competence and pursue the intrinsic value, with the teaching professional-oriented passion into the mind and practice. The training should also be impartial, scientific and sustainable, which serves the mass and outlook a new normal environment.
