创新创业教育背景下高校教师胜任力提升策略

摘　　要：创新创业教育是建设创新型国家的重要教育改革举措。高校是培养创新创业人才的重要平台,高校教师是否具备创新创业教育的胜任素质,决定着创新创业人才培育工作的成败。高校教师的胜任力与创新创业教育之间存在必然的内在联系,明确创新创业教育对高校教师胜任力的要求,是培养和开发教师胜任力的前提。因此,在创新创业教育背景下,可从完善教师创新创业教育体系建设、优化创新创业人才培养机制、改革创新创业教学管理模式、创造创新创业实践条件、打造高校创新创业文化等方面提升教师胜任力。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure of educational reform for building an innovative country. Colleges and universities are an important platform to cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship talents and it is the competence for innovation and entrepreneurship education of teachers in colleges and universities that determines success of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents. Therefore, competence of teachers in colleges and universities has consequent inner link with inno- vation and entrepreneurship education. Determining requirements of innovation and entrepreneurship educa- tion on the competence of teachers of colleges and universities is the premise to cultivate and develop competence of teachers. Therefore, under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the competence of teachers may be enhanced from such aspects as completing construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education system for teachers, optimizing cultivation mechanism for innovation and en- trepreneurship talents, reforming management mode for innovation and entrepreneurship education, creating conditions for innovation and entrepreneurship practice and forming innovation and entrepreneurship culture in colleges and universities.
