摘　　要：开展新型职业农民学历教育是涉农高职院校发挥学科优势、利用专业资源、培育新型农业经营主体的崭新路径和务实创举。在新型职业农民学历教育具体的教育教学过程中,杨凌职业技术学院围绕"做深、做新、做实"三个维度开展工作,实现内涵培育、精准培育和高效培育,取得了良好的育人成效和多赢的社会效益。Carrying out New Professional Farmers＇ Diploma Education is a new path and practical pioneering work for Agricultural Higher Vocational Colleges to give full play to discipline advantages, utilize specialized resources and cultivate new agricultural management subjects. In the process of specific teaching for New Professional Farmers＇ Diploma Education,Yangling Vocational and Technical College did a lot of meticulous work focusing on three dimensions of ＂Do deep, Do new, Do solid＂,realize connotation cultivation, precise cultivation and efficient cultivation,having achieved good education effects and multi-win social benefits.
