摘　　要：基于"校中厂"平台的高职"现代学徒制"教学模式,以其独特的优势得到了广大教师的青睐。目前,高职院校毕业生专业水平低、专业知识不牢固等一系列因素使人才利用率大打折扣。此外,我国高职院校的人才培养,面临教学与产业脱节的现实困境。解决上述问题就要提升人才培养的质量,关键在于改革人才培养模式。The teaching mode of ＂modern apprenticeship system＂ based on the platform of ＂plants in campus＂ is favored by teachers as its unique advantages. At present, as the low professional level, and no strong professional knowledge of higher vocational colleges and other factors, the talent utilization rate is reducing. And in China, the talent training in higher vocational colleges faces the actual difficulty of the separation of teaching and production. To solving this problem, we need to improve the quality of talent training, and the key is reforming the talent training mode.
