新媒体背景下高校榜样教育的创新探究

摘　　要：大学生榜样教育是高校思想政治教育的内容和重要方法之一。它通过有目的、有计划、有组织的教育活动引导大学生去学习和践行,从而树立正确的"三观"。然而,随着我国社会转型和新媒体的快速发展,大学生价值观念和行为方式日趋多元化,高校在榜样的树立、宣传、践行等方面存在一些问题,这种现状严重影响高校榜样教育功能的发挥。在新媒体环境下创新高校榜样教育成为必然,应通过理念、方法、传播方式创新等,优化高校榜样教育的方法、策略及路径,充分发挥高校榜样教育功能。Model-oriented education is one of the important parts and methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It guides students to learn and follow moral models through planned and organized educational activities. However, with the transformation of our society and the rapid development of new media, the values and behavior of college students are becoming increasingly diverse, thus causing some problems in setting, publicizing and following moral models. In addition, this situation has seriously affected the function of model-oriented education in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is inevitable to innovate the model – oriented education in colleges and universities under the new media environment.
