摘　　要：应用型高校的人才培养质量标准既是应用型改革的目标,也是其他改革措施设计的基础与方向。在分析电子类企业设计、生产、服务工程师的岗位职责之后,总结了电子工程师的胜任素质要求;针对工程师的素质要求,提出了应用型工程类专业大学生的素质要求,建立应用型大学生的素质模型,为进一步探讨人才培养模式,深化人才培养方案和课程体系建设奠定基础。The quality standard of talents training in applied universities is not only the goal of the application type reform, butalso the basis and direction of the design of other reform measures. After analyzing the job responsibilities of electronic design, production and service engineers, the competency requirements of electronic engineers are summarized. In view of the quality requirements of the engineers, the quality requirements of the college students of applied engineering specialty are put forward, and thequality model of the applied college students is set up. It lays the foundation for further exploring talent training mode and deepeningthe construction of talent training program and curriculum system.
