错误记忆年老化的认知与神经机制

摘　　要：老年人错误记忆的增加与内侧颞叶、前额叶皮层的功能下降以及二者之间功能性联结减少有关。这些功能下降导致编码阶段信息联结不足或过度联结、编码及提取阶段依赖语义要点信息、提取监控障碍及记忆判断过度依赖熟悉性。未来研究应当关注不同类型错误记忆年老化的形成机制、内侧颞叶及前额叶皮层的特定分区对错误记忆年老化的影响、信息编码及提取对错误记忆年老化的独立作用,以及测试环境与文化对错误记忆年老化的影响等问题。The increase of false memory of old people may be related to the declining function of the medial tempo-ral lobes （ MTL ） and prefrontal cortex （ PFC ） , and also to the reductive connection of the two regions. The declining function leads to deficient or overfull binding in information encoding , reliance on gist in-formation in information encoding and retrieval, defi-cits in retrieval monitoring , and over reliance on fa-miliarity in memory judgement. Future research should focus more on the mechanisms of different types of false memory with age , the influence of the specific MTL and PFC subregions , the independent role of information encoding and retrieval, and the effects of testing environment and culture on false memory with age.
